How can I join?
All/What you need to do is create an account on www.tatagofit.com and you’re all set. You’ll start earning points as soon as you make your first purchase!

Where can I check my point balance?
Once you’ve created your account you can view your points from a tab on the bottom of the screen.

Can I club my loyalty discount with other offers?
Absolutely. Your loyalty discount can be clubbed with any offer on site, but not with any other coupon code.

How much is each point worth?
Each point is worth 10% of it’s value, i.e. 1000 points = 10%*1000 = Rs. 100.

Is there a maximum redemption value?
Yes, you can redeem a maximum of 2500 point at any one time. The rest of your points will be safely in your account for use on your next order.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Loyalty points can only be redeemed against the Tata GoFit products on the website www.tatagofit.com (“Website”).
  2. Loyalty points cannot be used as payment for delivery charges of any product supplied by TCPL
  3. Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
  4. Loyalty points do not currently expire for use, we reserve the right to change this policy at any time with no prior intimation.
  5. There is no limit to the amount of loyalty points you can accrue within a given time period. However, you can redeem a maximum of 2500 point at any one time. The rest of your points will be safely in your account for use on your next order!
  6. Your loyalty points will be credited to your account within 14 days of order delivery. Orders that are cancelled prior to delivery or rejected at point of delivery will not get the associated point credit. For orders that have any complaints or concerns post-delivery, after full payment, the loyalty points awarded will remain in your account.
  7. In the event of the loyalty point scheme being removed, no accrued points will hold any value or have ability to be utilised against any products within TCPL.
  8. Your outstanding points can be viewed by a tab on the bottom left of the website when you are logged in to your account. You will also receive email notifications with your unused point total at regular intervals.
  9. TCPL may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of the loyalty points reward scheme at any time, including the availability of any loyalty points reward. TCPL may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any user’s participation in the loyalty awards scheme for breach of these terms and conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these terms and conditions and any such decision of TCPL in relation to the same shall be final and binding in all respects.
  10. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold TCPL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by the user of any of these terms and conditions or any violation by the user of applicable law.
  11. The laws of the India shall govern these loyalty points terms and conditions. The user hereby expressly consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka for all matters arising in connection with these loyalty points terms and conditions.
