If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, for whatever reason, kindly write to us care@tataconsumer.com. Please attach the order number and relevant pictures, please describe why you are not satisfied, citing issues.

This will enable the team to investigate what went wrong and get back to you. Please note, we do not accept return of products. In case of a verified quality concern, we will provide a replacement within 7 days of receipt of product. The sole discretion of this decision lies solely with Tata GoFit.
